Volleyball Boot Camp #2 (@ EAST)

• 12:00pm EDT - 4:00pm EDT June 13th, 2017
• • This will be the second of our summer camps. It's a 3 day Bootcamp that encompasses all areas of volleyball. All ages are welcome and we will split athletes up into groups based on age/ability. 

   

  The concession stand will be open for a break around 2:00pm. Don't forget to bring your own drinks and snacks if needed. 

   

   

  Time - 12pm to 4:00pm

   

  Focus -  passing, serving, hitting, blocking, & setting.  This unique camp is repetition-driven, focusing on thousands of ball touches on each particular skill. The center point of this camp is technically grounded but will be taught in a group format and reinforced via drills and scrimmages.  Drills will include individual, partner and group-based sequences. Tempo of drills will be fast-paced.The skills will be  Creative scoring methods or modes of play will be used to challenge each player’s competitive drive and focus.

   

  Cost  - $75 for all 3 days of training. You can pay via cash or check upon arrival.
