2009-10 MAVA Fundraising

Poinsettias

• Plants come in a 6 ½” pot & 16”-18” tall. They come foil wrapped.
• Available in red, white, pink, and jingle bell (red w/white specks).
• Poinsettias sell for $14.00 each; $7.00 per poinsettia will be credited to player’s account.
• Deadline for orders is December 1st…no late orders will be accepted.
• Pick up will be December 16th & 17th after 4:00.
• Turn in order form & one check made payable to Tammy Goodlett. Put in 14 Blue folder upstairs.

Candles

Another option for fundraising this year is candles. These make great teacher gifts, stocking stuffers, or a treat for yourself!! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tammy Goodlett at (502) 644-7837 or via email tammygoodlett@insightbb.com. Below are the specifics:

• Each candle costs $10.00 and a profit of $5.00 for each candle will be credited to the player's club dues.
• Please complete the order form and collect the money up front for the order. Please send in your orders with one check made payable to Tammy Goodlett.
• Orders are due by December 1, 2009.
• Make 1 check payable to "Tammy Goodlett".
• Candles will be ready for pick-up the week of December 14, 2009
• Put all order forms and check in a sealed envelope with your name, team name and CANDLE on the outside. Turn in date: December 1, 2009.
