Recruiting

MAVA has committed 100% of all players to play in college that wanted to play at the next level.

There are many opportunities for MAVA players to continue their playing careers at the collegiate level.  With all of MAVA's coaches' and program's combined player commitments, we have a total of over 1,000 committed athletes to play collegiate sports on scholarship! Additionally, with nearly 1,000 NCAA Division I, II, and III volleyball programs, as well as 500 NAIA and NJCAA programs, the possibility to receive a scholarship to play in college is very real considering the resources at MAVA players' disposal.

MidAmerica Volleyball Association is committed to providing all of our athletes who have the desire to compete at the next level with the information and tools to find the right collegiate fit.

Our Recruiting Coordinator, Anna Palmer,  will work closely with teams who are of recruiting age and start educating players on the recruiting process as early as ones in the 14's age group. She has partnered her business, Athletic Advice By Anna, with MAVA to help inform and teach families how to navigate this process and prepare our athletes for college. Anna will advocate for our athletes directly with college coaches across the country year round using her nationwide connections, keep uncommitted athletes informed of position needs at universities, and be a resource for players and parents throughout the process.  You can learn more about Anna and her other recruiting services in her bio.
