Congratulations to MAVA's own Meredith Jewell, who is one of 18 players competing for MaxPreps 2014 National Player of the Year!!

The 6'0 OH from Mercy is hitting 53 percent; Jewell leads the No. 5 team in the nation with a 4.6 kill per set average and is serving 96 percent to go along with almost four digs and two blocks per set. She has committed to Morehead State.

An OH on MAVA 18 Academy, Meredith also volunteers her time as a coach on our 10 Elite team and can be seen helping with other clinics and lessons frequently!!
